To manage your subscription, press the menu button (3 lines at the top left of the templates page on the App), and press Manage My Subscription.
You will have the following options:
Didn't receive purchase
Press this button if you bought a subscription and the app does not recognize that you have one (it appears as Mojo Free).
Change plans
Click this button to switch your current plan into a different one.
Cancel subscription
Press this button to cancel your subscription.
You can choose why you want to cancel your subscription.
This will be useful to us, since it will let us know why you are cancelling, so we can improve on that.
You subscription will then be cancelled and you will not be charged anymore.
Request a refund
You can press Request a refund to apply for a refund through Apple. Simply select the reason why you a refund, and it will submit your request automatically to Apple.
You will then receive an answer to your refund request from Apple in 48 hours. Please note that all purchases made through the App Store, can only be handled and accepted by Apple.
