FAQ
I don’t remember how I subscribed – how can I find out?
Check your emails: if you received a payment confirmation from Mojo, your subscription was made on the website. If it came from Apple or Google, your subscription was made through the corresponding store.
The 14-day period has passed – can I still withdraw?
The right of withdrawal only applies within 14 days of purchase. After that, you can still cancel your subscription for the next billing cycle by following the steps in our help center Cancel your Mojo Pro subscription.
