Ask for a refund on iOS
On iOS, as your Mojo subscription is purchased through Apple Store we cannot issue a refund directly. You will need to ask Apple for a refund. To do so, please go to this link and connect with your Apple ID: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
2. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
3. Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit. If you've been charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
