Unfortunately, it is not possible to add clickable elements directly in mojo. Instagram does not enable external developers to do this yet, but we are hopeful we can do that in the future!
To add interactive elements - like swipe up links, mentions, hashtags, or polls, please add them directly from Instagram once you have added your mojo story there, just before posting the story:
