There are some reasons that can cause a crash in the app. Here is a list of some of them:

  • Adding too many pages to your project can impact the performances on some devices. If crashes are happening when you are making a multipage project, you can try to remove some pages to prevent crashes for occurring.

  • The performance limitations of your device can also be a reason for app crash. Depending on the devices that you use, the app can crash more frequently that in others. To avoid this problem, you can restart your phone, or update to the latest iOS version.

  • Adding too many videos on a template or project can also impact the performances of your device. Please try to remove some videos on your template or project.

  • Having overlay elements on your screen or too many apps running at the same time can lead to a crash. The best way to avoid this issue is to close some elements and apps that you don't need.

  • When your app version is out of date. The update of an application often brings fixes to bugs that the mojo team identified in the app. If you notice some issue, make sure that you have the latest version of the app. A lot of issues can be solved by updating your application.

  • Uploading high-resolution videos (4K) on your page or project can provoke an app crash. Try to close all the apps from multi-tasking that you are not using.

Some issues can be solved by removing some elements from your screen, updating the app or restarting it.
