If you purchased your Mojo Pro or Mojo Teams subscription through our web and you need to request a refund you will need to get in touch with our support team. The Mojo team can review your request and issue a refund. Please make sure to indicate your account details such as your email or User ID to help us speed up the process.
You can contact our support from your app by clicking on the button at the top right hand side of "My Templates" tab and choosing "Contact us" or on our website through the button at the bottom right of the screen.
