If you purchased your Mojo subscription through our website you can edit or change your payment method following these steps:

  1. Go to https://app.mojo.video/login and log into your Mojo account

  2. Click on the icon at the top right corner of the screen

  3. Select "My Account" in the drop down menu

  4. You will see what subscription plan you have active. Click on "Manage subscription" button that you'll see besides your plan name.

  5. You will be taken to your billing information page. From there you will be able to update your billing information or add a new payment method to your account.
